He came out the following day, cleaned the carpet, was dry in a couple of hours and NO musky smell. Recently needed bedroom carpets cleaned, Refesh Carpet came, cleaned the carpets. Michael was thorough and went through the house with me beforehand so he knew what I wanted and then explained to me the best type of clean for us. I was impressed with the service provided. We moved houses and have two cats (so a bit of cat hair everywhere!). Michael made the process very easy for us! I have no hesitations recommending Michael and Refresh Carpet Care. Michael did a great job removing all evidence of the spilt sugary goodness, and my car seats were cleaner than they have ever been!
